School Leaders Development Programme
At the February "Optimising Performance and Leadership" session with Floyd Woodrow delegates expressed an interest in BASL developing a programme aimed at those either new to leadership roles or those not looking to move to Headship in the near future.
We are delighted to say that this fully funded programme, with the backing of both BCC and BLT will be commencing on the 4th July 2017. This launch session will take place at the Learning Campus, Aston Clinton from 2-4pm and will be used to determines the joint needs of the group for 5 follow-up sessions throughout the autumn term 2017/2018.
These sessions will take place from 2-4pm on the following dates at the Learning Campus:
The content of these sessions will be tailored to your needs so please come to the launch having considered the areas that you feel you need further development within your role. The session on the 4th July will be facilitated on behalf of BASL by Jo Garlick and Naureen Kausar from BLT.
